    We offer hands-on treatment for a wide range of musculoskeletal and orthopaedic conditions as well as sports and work-related injuries. We develop individualized programs for rehabilitation and prevention of injuries, including exercise and education.

    Hydrotherapy

    Hydrotherapy is a water-based treatment and exercise program supervised by a Physiotherapist or Exercise Physiologist. The heated pool encourages stiff muscles and joints to relax, whilst the buoyancy of the water takes the load off the weight-bearing joints allowing them to be exercised painlessly/comfortably.

    Exercise Physiology

    Exercise physiology focuses on ‘exercise as medicine’ in two main areas: Rehabilitation for people recovering from injury; and help manage chronic conditions including diabetes, obesity, arthritis, and chronic pain.

  • Massage

    Massage

    Massage is often used in conjunction with physiotherapy to assist recovery from both traumatic and chronic conditions. It incorporates techniques to assist in the repair of damage to muscles and tendons to help restore your body physically and mentally. Our physiotherapists can liase with our massage therapist to ensure the appropriate area and techniques are used.

    Exercise Classes

    ALL our classes are run by qualified accredited exercise physiologists and are covered by Health Funds. Veterans and War Widows are bulk-billed with a D904 referral for exercise physiology from their GP.
