Bree is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist who graduated with a Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology from the University of the Sunshine Coast in 2022. She also holds a Diploma of Musical Theatre from the Australian Dance Performance Institute, reflecting her lifelong passion for the performing arts.

Bree has a dedicated interest in supporting performing artists, paediatric and young adult populations, individuals with invisible chronic illnesses (such as EDS, POTS, MCAS, CFS/ME, and hypermobility), and neurodiverse clients. Drawing from her experience as a dance teacher, she has a strong appreciation for the role of healthy movement in childhood and young-adult development and enjoys helping her clients build lifelong active habits. Outside the clinic, Bree thrives in creative environments. You’ll often find her dancing in the studio or performing on stage, where she regularly contributes her choreographic and stage performance skills to community productions. When not on the dancefloor, Bree enjoys expressing herself through tending to her never-ending list of craft projects, playing cozy video games, finding favourite coffee shops and spending time with her family.
