We offer a range of different fitness classes for all fitness levels.

8.00am     Fit & Strong 1 hour   Stretch & Restore 1 hour
9.00am Circuit 1 hour   Over 60s Balance 1 hour Core & Abs Mat 1 hour Small Group Exercise 1/2 hour
9.30am   Core & Abs Mat 1 hour     Small Group Exercise 1/2 hour
10.00am     Circuit 1 hour    Small Group Exercise 1/2 hour
1.45pm     Hydrotherapy 1/2 hour
